Owned and run by Kim Dixon, a proud Kiwi who made this special Highland village her home over 12 years ago, The Village Shop is more than just a place to pick up your essentials – it’s a friendly hub for locals and visitors alike.

Kim brings her passion for community and connection to everything she does. Whether you're popping in for your morning paper, grabbing some fresh local produce, or just having a chat, you're always greeted with a warm welcome and a smile.

Since taking over the shop, Kim has been dedicated to continuing its legacy as a much-loved part of village life. She’s worked hard to ensure the shelves are stocked with a thoughtful mix of everyday items, locally sourced goodies, and a few surprises too – making it a “wee shop” with a big heart.
